RG6 COLLABORATIVE GRIPPER
The RG6 gripper has a stroke of 160mm, giving you flexibility for a variety of different-sized parts. It’s easy to install and use and can be used in a dual gripper configuration.
The RG6 gripper eliminates the headaches caused by installation kits and works without any external cables, therefore any robot movement can be carried out without worrying about cable placement.
GECKO GRIPPER
The Gecko Gripper uses millions of micro-scaled fibrillar stalks that adhere to a surface using powerful van der Waals forces — the same way that geckos climb. Inspired by nature, the Gecko makes it possible to attach and lift any kind of flat and smooth surfaces without compressed air or any external power, using easy gripping technology for Pick & Place applications.
VG10 VACUUM GRIPPER
Since the VG10 doesn’t require a compressor or air supply, it’s compact and easy to move around, affording flexibility on your production line.
The VG10 vacuum gripper’s flexible arms and adjustable vacuum enable the VG10 to handle a variety of objects in many different sizes.
DUAL GRIPPER
Both the RG2 and the RG6 are available in a Dual Gripper configuration. This allows two grippers to be installed on the same robot arm, without any additional cables. The two grippers work as independent grippers.
HEX 6-AXIS FORCE/TORQUE SENSOR
OnRobot 6-axis force torque sensors provide accurate force and torque measurements along all 6 axes. This gives you precise control when it comes to difficult assembly, polishing, sanding or deburring jobs. Additionally, the HEX software includes path recording, force control and special features for insertion tasks.
QUICK CHANGER
The Quick Changer enables easy and fast tool changing. It is fully collaborative with no sharp edges, which makes it easy and safe for human interaction.
The Quick Changer can handle 10kg payload and has a low built-in height and weight.
RG2-FT – SMART GRIPPER WITH F/T SENSOR
The RG2-FT delivers a gripper with added sensing and intelligence, capable of controlling the robot and itself to achieve what the operator would like it to do, even when exact parameters cannot be programmed in advance. This enables true collaboration with human operators, supporting them like a co-worker would.
RG2 COLLABORATIVE GRIPPER
The RG2 gripper is a collaborative End-of-Arm Tool designed for seamless integration with the collaborative robot arms from Universal Robots. From Mid-February 2019, it also supports KUKA, Kawasaki, FANUC, Techman, Doosan, NACHI and Yaskawa robots.
